No smoking in the unit or on its tiny balcony. In keeping with the policies of many smoke-free properties in Hawai'i, the owner of this unit will assess any violator of this policy an additional $500 cleaning fee to be used to shampoo and deep steam clean the carpet, clean the drapes and bedspread, and otherwise remove the smell of smoke from the unit.
No pets in the unit, except as allowed by law.
Prior to taking occupancy of the unit, all renters must attend a 30-minute condo orientation conducted by the project’s security department and must agree in writing to abide by the condominium association’s house rules.
No more than two adults and one minor under the age of 18 may occupy this unit.
Smoking is not permitted in the condo project’s corridors, elevators, stairwells, gym, poolside decks or laundry areas.
Any tenant with a car must present a 1) valid driver’s license, 2) valid auto registration, 3) valid motor vehicle no-fault insurance card and 4) valid vehicle’s safety inspection certificate to security personnel at the Guard Shack upon entering the project for the first time.
To park in the parking structure, residents, including tenants, must purchase parking decals for their cars from the building’s management for $25 each, which is refundable upon the return of the decal to the condominium project’s office.
This unit comes with one uncovered parking stall on the fourth floor of the project's parking structure. This stall is on the same floor as the unit, so one does not have to walk up and down stairs when walking to and from the parking stall.
